I mean, the language is different.
Coffee at the local library.

And the people are uniquely different.

and yes, those are naked cyclists today in Montreal -and no, I didn't take this picture.
I am not in Canada, I am in Quebec. There is a difference.

wow...naked bike riding? and they say we are crazy americans? i can say, without a doubt, i have never seen that in the streets of fort worth, texas.
Well, YOU live in the Bible Belt. I don't think they allow nudity anywhere, including baths and showers.
The cyclists are protesting the "car mentality" in defense of bikes. Well, ok. Let's just say it got media attention. LOL
