Thank You Little Big Kitty

The move is coming, no matter how much I am ignoring it or just pretending it won't happen. Not that I don't want to move (the spider issue has convinced me that moving is a good thing), but I don't look forward to the upheaval any move forces on one's life.

But, it's actually a good thing. It is continuing to force me to look at my "stuff" and prioritize. I am not very good at that. I may need this or that sometime in the future. Or I could sell it on ebay. Or, the kids might want it. Or . . . oooh, isn't that cute, #1 made that for me 17 yrs ago (does it matter that it is broken and smooshed and unusable?) I need to focus.



But, I won't focus. And the move will happen anyway. Nice how that works. So, I won't focus and I will get some stuff done and some not done. And the world won't come to an end. At least not until next winter anyway.



On a positive note:
The little (big) cat ate a spider for me last night (thank you C). I knew he would come in handy some time.


MainMan is happily working on #2's computer. Oh, did I tell you that he has been slowly building a computer for the kid? It's his graduation present. #2 is starting to get excited. It's alllllmost done. (well, he did graduate last July . . .)




And finally, here is a recent picture. I hate taking pictures of myself. Don't you? We look at ourselves and look at all the negatives (and there are lots of those) but our friends and family want to see how we look, what the hair is doing, etc. I guess I want to look like I did 30 years ago. But, if you think about it, I will want to look like I do now . . . in 30 years-so I guess it equals out somehow.
