Stop, in the name of Love (or something like that)

Quebec, it's French. They like it that way and want it to stay that way. They have lots of rules and laws. If you deal with the public (such as sales, etc.), you HAVE to be able to speak French. If you don't, then the company can be fined. All store signs MUST be in French. Ditto on the fines.

But, we live in the one little area that is an island of English. Anglos all around. And yes, some of the traffic signs are in English.

As you drive away from the little English area, the signs change. Slowly, but they change.

We are moving soon. Away from Anglo central. To FrancoLand. No English. All French. But, I think I got the stop signs down pat. Yeah, stop, I can do that.

Ok, not a stop sign, but I thought you would enjoy the change.

Yep, that means garage sale. And as the weather gets better, more and more are popping up.

Sorry for your lack of sleep-I know its not fun. We all need our deep slumber. :)
